According to the relevant requirements of the 2018 Shanghai international studies university graduate student national scholarship review notice and the 2018 SBM graduate student national scholarship evaluation method, and the principle of openness, fairness, impartiality and optimizing, the evaluation process went through the personal declaration, primary evaluation, defense, announcement and the defense review. After the defense review, according to the comprehensive performance of the candidate, the SBM review committee reviews and votes by margin. According to the order of the votes obtained by the five candidates for the defense, the top three candidates with the highest votes will be admitted to the list of candidates for 2018 national scholarship for graduate students of SBM.
