Relying on the Key Laboratory of Brain-Machine Intelligence for Information Behavior (BMIB), the Institute of Organizational Behavior and Organizational Neuroscience was established, which is committed to deeply exploring user needs and preferences, accurately explaining the internal mechanisms of user behavior, and guided by the commonality of research problems.
The institute currently has 1 professor and 3 assistant professors, one has been selected as one Shanghai Morning Light Scholar and one as Qimingxing Scholar. The team members graduated from top domestic and international universities such as Harvard University and Zhejiang University, and have published nearly 100 papers in important domestic and foreign academic journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Psychological Science, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, Motivation and Emotion, International Journal of Stress Management, Cerebral Cortex, Journal of Cognitive Neuroscience, NeuroImage, Progress in Psychological Science, Tsinghua Management Review. They have Completed multiple government advisory reports and obtained approval and approval from relevant central institutions, undertaken important projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation's general program, the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Research Plan, the Shanghai Soft Science Key Project, and the Zhejiang Province Philosophy and Social Sciences Planning Key Project. Lectured on the national first-class undergraduate course Consumer Behavior. The research results have been reported by domestic and foreign media such as Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, Abbey Daily, Reference News, China Youth Daily, Pengpai News, and Hawthorn Hall.
