Relying on the Key Laboratory of Applied Brain and Cognitive Sciences, the Institute of Organizational Behavior and Organizational Neuroscience was established, which is committed to the academic exploration of the interdisciplinary frontiers of organizational behavior, managerial psychology, human resource management and cognitive neuroscience, with a focus on the research on work motivation and proactive behavior at work.
The institute currently attracts 1 Shanghai Chenguang Scholar. The team members have published nearly 50 papers in important domestic and foreign academic journals such as Personnel Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Business and Psychology, Personality and Individual Differences as well as business journals such as Tsinghua Business Review. They also have undertaken important grants and projects such as the research project sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Humanities and Social Science Research Program of the Ministry of Education of China, Key Soft Science Program of Shanghai, Key Philosophy and Social Science Program of Zhejiang Province, etc. The research findings have been reported by Harvard Business Review, Huffington Post, ABC, Reference News, The Paper, JIJITANG and other domestic and foreign medias.
