On the afternoon of November 15th, 2023, the Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leaders Summit of the Hundred Schools and the SCO International Youth Innovation Forum kicked off at the A venue of the Rock Park at the Jiangwan Sports Stadium.

Cai Bozhou, an academician of the Royal Society of Arts and Crafts, a distinguished researcher of the China Association for the Promotion of Western Research and Development and the Western Development Research Institute, Wang Junhua, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and vice president of the Shanghai Lixin Institute of Accounting and Finance, Zheng Shi, president of the Shanghai Cooperation Economic and Trade Research Institute (Qingdao), an expert group member of the the Belt and Road Think Tank Committee of the Ministry of Commerce, and the leader of the digital economy expert group, as well as from China, Algeria More than 330 young representatives from universities, institutions, associations, and other countries including Ethiopia, Guinea, Germany, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Pakistan gathered together to conduct detailed discussions on international talent cultivation and technology transformation around the theme of "SCO International Youth Innovation". Ms. Wang Li, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of SBM, and more than 20 student representatives attended the forum.

At the meeting, Wang Li, along with Zhang Kejing, Dean of the School of Humanities at Donghua University, Chen Qingchang, Director of the International Exchange Office at Shanghai University of Applied Technology, Zhang Yiqiang, Dean of the School of Finance, Taxation and Public Management at Shanghai Lixin School of Accounting and Finance, and Secretary General and Professor Fang Zhiming of the School of Smart Emergency Management at Shanghai University of Technology, conducted exchanges and discussions on "Focusing on International Youth Talent Education and Supporting the Diversified Development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.".

Hu Tianqi, Deputy General Manager of the International Trading Center of Shanghai Technology Exchange, gave a keynote report on "Exploration of International Technology Transfer and Trading". Through sharing relevant service cases, he detailed the exploration path and work effectiveness of Shanghai Technology Exchange in international technology transfer and trading. Tang Bingyong, a member of the "the Belt and Road" expert advisory group of the Organization Department of the Central Committee, an e-commerce expert of the Ministry of Commerce, and a professor of Donghua University, proposed in the theme report "Silk Road E-commerce to promote in-depth cooperation along the the Belt and Road" that strengthening the training and construction of talents urgently needed by the "Silk Road E-commerce" is an urgent task for the current development of "Silk Road E-commerce". Suggest accelerating international cooperation in e-commerce education with Silk Road e-commerce partners and promoting international talent cultivation.
